How to order

Check the item(s) from item description page first, then select the item(s) & quantity which you wish to buy or add in your shopping cart. Before you buy or add in your shopping cart, please make sure that item price, discount price and quantity are correct, and some of option items are required for additional price. you will be notified when you select the item from the select box.

Payment method

We use Shopify Payments to integrations with over 100 other payment providers around the world. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Elo, Diners Club debit and credit cards, as well as Applepay, GooglePay and Shop Pay(Shopify Payment).

Shipping

Shipping and shipping cost

Free shipping is valid for orders over $350 USD. RVN delivers internationally with a flat rate of $30 USD an order under $350. 

International orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not RVN. RVN is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Track my Order

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Exchange

Exchange method

In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at RVNNYC.com.  If you wish to exchange a product purchased from RVN, please refer to the exchange processing method below for each reason.
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

- The goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days of receiving order. 

-  Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening we will be unable to accept your return. 

-  Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached. 
All RVN products are shipped out through thorough product inspection, so if unexpected defects are found, we are helping to exchange them as soon as possible.

Refund

Refund method

If you would like a refund for a product purchased from RVN, please refer to the refund processing method below for each reason. 
All refunds for products that have been shipped can only be processed for products that have not been worn.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your RVN account or back to the original payment method. 

- Refund before delivery: In the case of a refund request before shipment, the order will be canceled and refund will be processed through the payment method. 

- If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of receipt. If the item is assessed and considered to be faulty, RVN offers a number of suitable solutions. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty. 
As your order has been sent to a destination within the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.

We provide discount coupons only to new signup members. The discount coupon issued can be used within 10 days when entered on the payment page, and the coupon cannot be reissued once it has been used.

Wash and store

How to wash and store

To ensure the longest life of your garment please read these care instructions and follow all steps recommended. To maintain optimal condition, avoid storage in a humid place, and when washing, be sure to check the care instructions indicated on the care label. If you decide to remove the care label for wearing ease please retain it in a safe place for reference when laundering, and always remove belts, brooches or any removable trim before cleaning.
